Placing an Order
All our produce is locally sourced and produced from our farms and our neighbours farms, and is entirely free range. We can supply Lamb, Beef Mutton, and Venison and wild garlic when in season.
We Specialise in high quality Welsh lamb, which carries our Protected Graphical Indication (PGI). We can supply most requests, including: whole lambs; primals; standard cuts, including specific chef portion size cuts. We also supply bespoke required cuts for fine dining.

Delivery Days - London and UK Wide
Our scheduled delivery days to London Restaurants are Tuesday and Friday (except Bank holidays). Alternatively we can provide a professional courier service to any location within the UK.
